"ElCargo Fabrication", who has 10 years of expertise in the mechanized tarps systems, just conceived a very new single tarp system in its kind!
At Sirosol Béton Mobile Inc.; we noticed the variety of mechanized tarps conceived by ElCargo Fabrication, used on the open sky trailers or the brand new «Multi flip" tarp. We, at Sirosol Béton Mobile then requested the ElCargo team to design specifically for our equipment, a product which would be an amalgam of the two systems of tarp used previously on trucks. Their creation would fill the need and especially would solve problems which occur with their own systems of concrete-mixer. To resume, the configuration of the concrete truck is made to transform it into a miniature concrete factory which is used directly on either sites (residential or/and commercial site).
Sirosol Béton Mobile Inc. needed a mechanized tarp system to allow the loading of the bulk material in the bucket, being used to manufacture the concrete. Consequently it was important for Béton Mobile Inc. that the tarp is completely sealed in order to protect the material in bulk against water and the bad weather during transport and also during manufacturing concrete on the building site. And lastly, this tarp was to be mechanized in order to facilitate the task of the operator.
Starting from this special request, the new mechanized tarp system, called the "Modulate flip" was designed and conceived, due to the ingeniousness of the experts from ElCargo Fabrication.
